Ordering

Orders placed on WhatsApp are with the restaurant you message. An order is placed when you receive its order code (for example ORD-2026-00012). Card orders go to the kitchen once the payment is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Botswana Pula (BWP) and include VAT. Delivery fees and optional tips are shown before you pay. You can pay by card through a secure payment page, or in cash on delivery, at the counter or at your table.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel an order in the chat until the restaurant accepts it. After that, reply agent to ask the restaurant. Cancelled card payments are refunded to the same card.

Delivery

Delivery is available within each store's delivery area. Times are estimates. Please make sure your location pin and address notes are accurate.

Acceptable use

The chat is for ordering from the restaurant. Abusive messages may lead to the restaurant no longer serving the number.
